TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE “POLYFORCE FOR AUSTRALIA DAY”
By participating in the “PolyForce for Australia Day,” you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
ELIGIBILITY:
The “PolyForce for Australia Day” is open to all customers who pay a 25% deposit on a new PolyForce machine before close of business 21st of December, will receive a 15% discount on the normal price of a PolyForce 630i, 1000i or 1200i tracked butt welding machine.
- Customers in Australia only
- Machines already in production are NOT eligible for this promotion.
- This discount is only available to PolyForce quotes this financial year
- The 15% discount will only become active following the 25% deposit
- The deposit must be made in full prior to close of business 21st of December
- The 15% discount is on the normal price as quoted including GST.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY:
Machines will be manufactured on a first-in basis with all customers informed of their position in the production schedule (1, 2 etc.).
- Our aim is to have machines available by January 26th (Australia Day)
- Full payment, less the 25% deposit, must be made prior to the dispatch date
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges from Worldpoly
- Production will be based on a first in best-dressed basis.
- Actual delivery dates may vary due to this, but every effort will be made to deliver before Australia Day.
- You will be notified of your place and approximate delivery date.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In accordance with the above, all customers are also bound to the following:
Image Consent:
- By participating in the promotion, the buyer consents to the use of their image in Worldpoly’s social media for promotional purposes.
Discretion and Changes:
- Worldpoly reserves the right to determine eligibility and make decisions at its discretion.
- Worldpoly may adjust production schedules and make changes to the terms and conditions if necessary.
Agreement:
- By participating in the ‘PolyForce for Australia Day’ promotion, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Worldpoly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time and for any reason.
- Worldpoly reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Privacy & Data Use: Worldpoly may collect and use the personal information of participants as described in its privacy policy.
