Worldpoly pipe roller stands are the number one choice for tough equipment. Built to handle HDPE pipe up to 1000mm in diameter, Polyrollers minimise drag on your machine for a cleaner join. Reduce the time between fusion with easy movement of large pipe segments, get the right kit for your operations today.
Polyrollers are designed to make your life easier on site. If you're working with decent sized HDPE, a pipe roller is a must have. Allowing the pipe segments to enter and exit at the centreline for perfect fusion quality. Not to mention simplified pipe segment movement and reduced drag on your machine.
Manufactured in Melbourne, Australia these stands are made of tough hot dipped galvanised steel. These are heavy duty, not some thin piece of pipe spinning on bolts. The kind of thing you won't be replacing even after decades in the field.
It's definitely tough, but that doesn't mean we compromised on design. Worldpoly pipe stands have a separate pivot located in the middle that allows for passage of the weld bead. Don't stress about rollers that tip because the design is flawed from the outset. It's also height adjustable and designed with a lifting point for easy movement.

Pipe rollers are used in front of and behind a butt welding machine, so that HDPE pipe is introduced and exited at the centreline, which minimises drag. To learn more about drag, please read drag pressure and butt welding. On top of this, it also reduces the time between welds and allows for easy movement of large pipes.
Worldpoly pipe rollers are aimed at low-profile European style machines, while pipe rollers suit welders with a higher centre line like tracked machines. We manufacturer pipe rollers suitable for HDPE pipe from 110mm (4") up up to 1000mm (36").
Worldpoly produces two specific designs of rollers, one for low-profile butt welding machines, the other for high where the centreline of the pipe stands can be easily adjusted for individual setups.
