Terms & Conditions of the “Worldpoly Free Carton of Beer Giveaway”
By participating in the “Worldpoly Free Carton of Beer,” you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility:
The “Worldpoly Free Carton of Beer Giveaway” is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who submit photos and videos of Worldpoly machines in use to media@worldpoly.com.
This Giveaway is open to participants in Australia only.
Entry Requirements: To enter the Giveaway, participants can send high-quality photos and videos of operators using Worldpoly machines in interesting locations to media@worldpoly.com for use on our social media channels and website.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submissions must be sent to media@worldpoly.com
- All images and videos must be original and taken by the participant – plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.
- By submitting your images and videos, you grant Worldpoly the right to use, display, and share them on their website and social media platforms. This also includes the relevant permissions from the business owner of any photos provided.
- Inappropriate or offensive content will not be considered, and the participant may be disqualified at the discretion of Worldpoly.
Selection of Winners: The awarding of the free carton of beer is at the sole discretion of Worldpoly, with winners being selected as a result of their image/video use on social media channels based on the quality and relevance of the submitted content.
NOTE: WINNING IMAGES & VIDEOS ONLY COUNT FOR IMAGES SENT DIRECTLY TO WORLDPOLY AS PART OF THE GIVEAWAY AND DO NOT INCLUDE PRIOR SENT OR CURATED MEDIA CONTENT.
Worldpoly reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or does not meet the quality standards set by Worldpoly.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the email address used for submission.
Prize Delivery: The free carton of beer will be given to winners in the form of a $50 Dan Murphy’s gift card, which will be sent electronically with the permission of the business owner/site supervisor.
General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Worldpoly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time and for any reason.
Worldpoly reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Only photographs submitted from Tuesday 14th of November 2023 until 28th of February 2024 are eligible.
Privacy and Data Use: Worldpoly may collect and use the personal information of participants as described in its privacy policy.
Release of Liability: Participants release Worldpoly from any liability arising from their participation in the Giveaway.
