Hydraulically operated CNC tablet controlled workshop machine for the production of PE and PP pipe fittings by butt welding. Pivoting clamps allow for the fabrication of segmented bends of different radii. Includes clamps for the production of bends from 12" to 24" OD and 12" to 24" 90 degree equal tees and crosses. Optional clamps allow the production of 45 and 60 degree branch tees 12" to 24". Touch-screen with CNC control of welding cycle and 20,000+ weld data logging is standard. Welding is performed at variable force.
